The migration wizard reads the exports your current system produces, maps them, and shows the result in a sandbox before anything goes live. Properties, tenants, leases, rent history, photos and documents. No charge, no onboarding fee.

Have us key it for you
Some systems export ledgers and tenancies only as PDF. Where the wizard cannot read a file, our team keys the balances, tenancies, bonds and owner details by hand and reconciles them against your closing statements, so the first month end on Cuvanti agrees with the last one on the old system.
A$35 per property, minimum A$350 (10 properties). Quoted after we have seen your exports, invoiced after you approve the sandbox, and nothing is charged before the work starts.
